Nos Natura is not a mass production furniture shop. We only carry a few pieces of each product.This means what you buy from us is truly special and one-of-a-kind.

Nos Natura specializes in Unique, Handmade, Handcrafted Furniture and Decors made from Natural materials. Our products are individually sourced and handpicked by our interior designer. 

Every single piece of our solid wood furniture and home decor is handcrafted by artists and master woodworkers from around the world. They are not produced in large quantities. 

Here is what happens: 

+ Our Interior Designer-Buyers travel around the world to meet with local furniture makers 
+ We look for high quality, beautifully made furniture, examine them, and bring them back to you
+ We only get these furniture in small quantity such as one to two pieces at a time because 1) they are made in small batches by hands 2) they are unique and we only select the highest quality pieces.

Our furniture and decors come from trees that have fallen down naturally or have been removed for safety or city development reasons. We want to sustain the purpose of the trees by giving them new life with our craftsmen's creativity, knowledge and expertise with the woods. The hardwood's imperfection is what makes each piece of our furniture and decors one of a kind. No two pieces are identical. The wood grain, holes, cracks and knots give each piece their own beauty and character.

We source our products with one goal and one goal only - We want to share the beautiful cross of Nature & Art, and share with our long time and new customers. 

All our products come from one of the following paths: 

+ Our interior designer-buyers travel across Middle East, South East Asia, Central Asia, and East Asia to partner with locally talented furniture makers to handpick every single product

+ We work with Ontario local master woodworkers and furniture makers for unique furniture

+ Our in-house master furniture woodworkers who sourced wood and lumber domestically and internationally

Maintenance and care is very simple with solid wood products. Simply wipe with a damp cloth and let it dry naturally. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not place hot items directly onto the wood. If you spilled red wine over it, wipe it off right away. To add protection from stains and moisture, rub on some bee wax.

We focus on creating good quality furniture and décor products during the day so ordering by phone is not available at this time. However, if you have any questions, you can always contact us using our Contact Form directly and someone from our team will follow up with you within 24 hours.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

All orders must be paid in full before delivery or pick up.

All orders must be paid in full. After paying in full, you can schedule a pickup or delivery within 90 days of payment.. 

We typically don't take partial deposit, but partial deposit can be requested for returned customers with larger orders. You can request to make a deposit to reserve your furniture for 90 days. If you do not make an appointment AND pick up your furniture within 90 days of deposit, your deposit will be forfeited and all the discounted price will expire as well.

Our White Glove Furniture Delivery Service includes:

·       * Special handling and packaging of furniture

·        *Unpacking and inspection of your order

·        *Bring the furniture to the exact location when you want it (First 2 flights are free. Each flight of stairs beyond the 3rd floor is $15 per flight.)

·        *Set up of order in the room of your choice

·        *Clean up and removal of all packaging materials

·        * Our local delivery agent will contact you and schedule a date and time of your convenience to deliver your furniture. Our white glove delivery service will include delivering and assembling the product.

We only ship to Canada and USA at this time. 

If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us using the Contact Form as soon as possible. If your order is already on its way to you, then there will be a re-routing Fee.

After you place your order, you will be emailed an order receipt. There will be a link in the email through which you will be able to track your order.

Please be sure to sign the delivery receipt in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate your delivery has been received and you are happy with your shipment. 
A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. 
Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. If you have requested assembly service, you are responsible for retaining the original packaging.

Nos Natura makes every effort to ensure no damage comes to your items. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please do not accept the delivery. We would ask that you and the delivery company document the damages/shortages by writing a detailed description, taking photos or video that demonstrate the issue and describe the issue in as much detail as possible. Please report this to us immediately. We are not responsible for any damages not reported at time of delivery.

You may cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund. Please note that we offer promotional delivery discounts on purchases. If you decide to cancel your order after your order has left our warehouse, we will issue a refund less our original shipping fee, not our promotional shipping fee. We are confident that you will love the products you order from nosnatura.com. We understand you want your new furniture and decor to be perfect. And we agree with you. This is why we offer a 30 days no-questions asked return policy with no-restocking fees. If within 30 days of delivery, you decide that you are not completely satisfied, we will come, pick up the furniture and will provide you with a refund minus the original delivery and pickup charges. We must be notified by email within 30 days of receiving your delivery. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept your return.

Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return. If you have requested assembly service, you are still responsible for retaining the original packaging.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

Nos Natura is an online Live Edge Solid Wood Furniture and Décor Store. We are able to offer such great prices on our products because we don’t have a showroom or sales people. As a result, we are able to pass on the savings directly to our customers. 

Yes, we do. We work with a lot of designers who have an appreciation for nature, art and quality in their designs.
