If within 30 days you decide that you are not completely satisfied, we will come, pick up the furniture and will provide you a refund minus the delivery and pickup charges. Notify within 30 days
We must be notified within 30 days of receiving your delivery. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept your return.
Please note all sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Return in the original packaging
Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return. If you have requested assembly service, you are still responsible for retaining the original packaging.
As new condition
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable.
We're very sorry, but products shipped outside of Toronto are not covered by this policy.
